Compensation & Schedule
- Base Salary: $70K–$80K
- Total Comp: $150K (Year 1 OTE with commission & bonuses)
- Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
Our client, a stable and growing Division 10 contractor in the commercial construction space, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their San Antonio team. This role is highly relationship-driven, focused on managing inbound business, supporting long-term customers, and building product expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new commercial customers
- Manage inbound orders and process purchase orders (POs)
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide pricing and product details
- Send price sheets (Excel) and quotes to customers
- Use QuickBooks and internal systems to manage transactions
- Help identify and coordinate with contractors/installers for projects
- Develop strong knowledge of Division 10 products (e.g., restroom accessories, hand dryers, etc.)
- Support warehouse operations to gain hands-on product understanding
- Conduct occasional outbound outreach (minimal cold calling ~2%)
- Deliver fast, high-quality customer service
- Complete a structured 6-month onboarding period to learn product catalog, pricing (100 price lists), customer base, and internal processes
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Division 10 company
- Division 10 or related commercial construction experience is REQUIRED
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, order-driven environment
- Hands-on mindset with willingness to learn products in the warehouse
