Position Overview:
The Recruiting Manager will lead our recruitment efforts within the field operations sector, focusing on the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with both candidates and clients while shaping the future of talent acquisition at Talent Corps.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Planning:
Stay ahead of market trends in the construction sector to proactively address client hiring needs.
Develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent demands and establish recruitment budgets.
Leadership & Team Management:
Recruit, mentor, and empower the recruitment team to enhance sourcing, assessment, and relationship-building skills.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to measure team success.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on growth and development.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met promptly and professionally.
Hold client meetings to assess satisfaction and adjust strategies as necessary.
Provide proactive solutions to improve hiring outcomes and strengthen client relationships.
Talent Acquisition:
Utilize innovative sourcing methods such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top candidates.
Manage a robust talent pipeline to ensure qualified candidates are available for current and future roles.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates fit for both the job and client culture.
Recruitment Innovation:
Stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies and tools.
Introduce AI-powered solutions to optimize candidate sourcing and matching.
Explore virtual job fairs and other alternative recruitment methods to enhance employer branding.
Data-Driven Insights:
Maintain detailed records of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and client feedback.
Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.
Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve recruitment processes.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, particularly those within the construction industry.
Standardize recruitment practices to ensure fairness and consistency.
Promote diversity and inclusion through impartial screening methods and targeting underrepresented talent pools.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred
Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience within the construction sector is preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet hiring needs.
Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices for diversity and inclusion.
Travel & Flexibility:
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
