We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Network Growth Manager to lead Advisor recruitment, activation, and expansion.

What You’ll Do

Advisor Recruitment (Primary Focus)

• Prospect and recruit Advisors daily (calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals)
• Leverage your existing professional network and relationships
• Build and manage a consistent recruitment pipeline
• Present the platform opportunity with clarity and confidence
• Guide Advisors through onboarding and activation

Marketing Lead Follow-Up & Demo Setting

• Connect with inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and events
• Qualify Advisors and determine fit
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
• Show Advisors how the platform helps generate new business opportunities
• Convert demos into active, engaged Advisors

Network Development & Growth

• Maintain strong relationships with recruited Advisors
• Drive engagement and platform usage
• Help Advisors leverage the system to write more business
• Identify high-performing Advisors and support their growth
• Continuously expand and strengthen your Advisor network

Compensation & Earnings

Base Salary

• $55,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)

Revenue Participation

• Earn 4% of revenue generated by the Advisors you recruit
• Build ongoing, compounding income tied to your network

Monthly Performance Bonuses

Quarterly Growth Bonuses

Annual Top Performer Award

• $25,000 Bonus Leadership Opportunity

Total Earnings Potential

• Base: ~$65,000
• Commission: $60K – $120K
• Bonuses: $20K – $40K
• Total: $140K – $225K

• Strong relationship-building and networking ability
• Experience in B2B sales, recruiting, or business development
• Confident communicator with presentation/demo experience
