This role is critical in shaping project strategies, coordinating design and construction resources, and aligning internal and external teams to ensure successful outcomes for every client.If you’re passionate about early-stage planning, client engagement, and design-build execution, and want to be a key part of a collaborative firm with a strong reputation, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Strategic Planning & CoordinationDefine and guide overall project strategy from concept to contractCollaborate with design, estimating, and construction teams to align goalsLead internal strategy sessions to develop creative and cost-effective approachesCoordinate and participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and interviewsClient-Facing LeadershipServe as the primary client liaison during preconstructionHold weekly client meetings alongside the architectural teamTranslate client goals into actionable design and construction plansTeam Communication & MeetingsSchedule and facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersOrganize and distribute meeting minutes, action item reports, and project documentationScope & Estimate DevelopmentWork with clients, consultants, vendors, and estimators to define and document project scopePrepare conceptual budgets, control estimates, and GMPsDevelop preliminary schedules and coordinate construction logistics plansDocumentation & DeliverablesDraft proposals, project scope summaries, contracts, and schedulesSupport contract negotiations and final reviewsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience5 years of experience in preconstruction or project planning (design-build preferred)Familiarity with building systems and construction methodologyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and BluebeamStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsStrategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvementWhy Join This Team?Work on impactful projects across New England in a collaborative and supportive cultureEnjoy a healthy balance between client-facing leadership and internal coordinationJoin a company that values transparency, accountability, growth, and life balanceWork Environment:Primarily office-based in an open environment, with occasional construction site visits.
