About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Process Performance Reporting Analyst to join the North America Procurement Process and Performance team. This role acts as a cross-functional interface with business lines to drive professionalization and modernization of the procurement function at regional and local levels. You will lead initiatives, set goals, provide coaching, and train procurement and operations professionals in procure-to-pay (P2P) policies and processes. The role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, strong reporting skills, and the ability to drive value and build strategic business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend best practices for SAP system usage.
- Support end users in maximizing P2P tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and liaising with technical teams.
- Support regional e-sourcing and e-procurement tools.
- Act as a P2P representative, participating in IT prioritization, key approvals, and system change assessments.
- Drive efficiency and process simplification through automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage operations and internal control activities for P2P processes, including systems, master data, policies, training, and communications.
- Lead process and control improvements while maintaining alignment and standardization.
- Promote a culture of safety and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Administration, Supply Chain
Experience:
- 5 years in statistical analysis, supply chain management, and procurement processes.
- Proven experience in supporting and enhancing P2P or other business processes.
Additional Skills & Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of P2P processes across Procurement, Warehouse, Master Data, and Accounts Payable.
- IT proficiency, including SAP and related tools.
- Experience using AI for data insights and process improvement.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and lead change in complex environments.
- Strong analytical, goal-driven, and business-savvy mindset.
- Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators where required.
Specific Accountabilities
- Maintain procurement tools and systems, ensuring performance reporting and compliance.
- Ensure proper regional implementation of master data (vendor, material, service).
- Build a strong network with IT teams to support procurement systems.
- Utilize global and regional e-Sourcing and e-Procurement platforms for efficiency.
- Support Category Management processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure transparency in spend and transactions.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and reporting as required.
