Job Overview
Sure Electric LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to support residential and commercial service operations. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair, and customer-facing service work. Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, installation, repair, and service upgrades in residential and commercial settings
- Install EV chargers, standby generators, panels, and related electrical components
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
- Document completed work, photos, and summaries using company service software
- Coordinate scheduling and job updates with dispatch
- Maintain company-provided vehicle, tools, and materials
- Meet job performance and safety standards, with reasonable accommodations provided as required by law
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical experience
- Knowledge of local and National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to diagnose residential and commercial electrical systems
- Possession of required hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- English proficiency sufficient for safe and effective job performance
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, full-time
- Occasional weekends and overtime as required (compensated in accordance with applicable laws)
