About the Role
We are hiring a Production Analyst – RMX to support production planning, inventory control, and materials analysis within a ready-mix concrete operation. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, efficient procurement workflows, and alignment with operational and budgetary targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production planning activities
- Maintain inventory accuracy and champion data integrity across SAP systems
- Support procurement, goods receipt, and vendor account administration
- Assist with forecasting, accruals, and monthly inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with plant, fleet, logistics, quality, and operations teams
- Resolve production and inventory discrepancies with site leadership
- Support vendor compliance documentation as required
- Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly to leadership
- Promote and adhere to all safety, environmental, and health policies
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
- Background in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
