About the Role
We are seeking a Business Management Intern for Summer 2026 to support operational and administrative activities within an aggregates production environment. This paid, hands-on internship offers exposure to business operations, financial review, and site-level management while working closely with plant leadership.
The internship runs for 10 weeks, beginning May 27, 2026, and is based on-site in Coleman, OK.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting related to production and spending goals
- Review profit and loss statements and support cost-reduction initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and support inventory planning activities
- Perform administrative and scale-house support duties
- Support plant leadership with day-to-day operational tasks
- Follow all safety, environmental, and health standards
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
- Willingness to spend time in both office and field environments
Preferred
- Interest in operations, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Schedule & Work Environment
- Schedule: On-site, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
- Environment: Combination of office, plant, and outdoor work settings
- Transportation: Interns are responsible for commuting to and from the worksite
- Travel: Limited travel to nearby sites or intern events may be required
