Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paralegals and legal support professionals
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, staffing, training, and performance management
- Manage workflow allocation, productivity, and quality control across the team
- Develop best practices, training programs, and operational procedures for legal support services
- Support attorneys and case teams with trial preparation, filings, litigation support, and special projects
- Collaborate with attorneys, docketing, HR, and administrative teams to support staffing and operational needs
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and client-focused team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or JD preferred
- 5 years of paralegal experience with strong litigation support background
- Prior management or supervisory experience required
- Thorough understanding of litigation processes, court filings, cite-checking, and trial preparation
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal technology platforms; Relativity experience preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion
