Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance, entity management, and transactional matters
- Prepare and manage corporate filings, formations, and dissolutions
- Assist with due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
- Coordinate closings, document execution, and post-closing activities
- Maintain entity records and ensure compliance with filing requirements
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of corporate paralegal experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
- Strong knowledge of corporate structures and filings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; document management experience a plus
