Our client is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join its sophisticated and expanding Private Wealth practice. Key Responsibilities
- Support sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters for high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families
- Draft, proofread, and coordinate estate planning documents, fiduciary correspondence, and related client materials
- Communicate directly with clients, advisors, fiduciaries, and other professionals regarding ongoing matters and deadlines
- Independently manage follow-up tasks, timelines, and workflow across multiple active matters
- Maintain organized electronic files and leverage legal technology platforms and document management systems to support practice efficiency and growth
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and execution of complex estate and trust documentation
Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting trusts & estates and/or private wealth matters within a law firm environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation
- Proficiency with legal technology platforms, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performing professional services environment
