Overview


This role plays a critical part in driving successful AI transformation by designing and implementing structured change management and communication plans that promote understanding, engagement, and adoption across attorneys and business professionals. The Analyst also partners with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate responses to AI- and technology-related inquiries in client-facing materials, including RFPs and Outside Counsel Guidelines. The ideal candidate brings strong change management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into meaningful messaging for diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing a firm-wide AI change management and communications strategy aligned with best practices
  • Design and implement change management and communication plans for AI initiatives and major IS projects impacting attorneys and business professionals
  • Assess the organizational impact of AI initiatives across different stakeholder groups and tailor messaging accordingly
  • Create and deliver clear, engaging communications through multiple channels, including intranet, email, collaboration platforms, and in-person forums
  • Oversee internal AI-related communications and manage firm-wide AI collaboration forums and information hubs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to enhance adoption and reduce resistance
  • Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to develop cohesive internal and external messaging related to AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Pitches & Pursuits team and other business professionals to respond to AI- and technology-related questions in RFPs, client surveys, and questionnaires
  • Work with teams responsible for Outside Counsel Guidelines to interpret and address AI-specific provisions, ensuring accurate and thoughtful responses
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures that support AI communications and change management efforts using existing firm systems
  • Draft, edit, and deliver targeted messaging tailored to specific audiences and objectives
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, legal technology, and professional communications, incorporating industry best practices into firm initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of five years of experience in change management, training, and/or communications development and management
  • Prior IT or Information Services experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading communications for complex, enterprise-level change initiatives


Skills & Competencies

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of change management models and best practices (e.g., ADKAR)
  • Familiarity with IT service lifecycle frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, TQM)
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
  • Strong project management capabilities with a results-oriented, pragmatic approach
  • Experience with generative AI tools and an understanding of their practical application
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset when working with attorneys, business professionals, clients, and vendors
