Senior UX Product Designer - Insurance-Tech

Our Client is a rapidly growing AI-powered B2B SaaS start-up that is disrupting the life insurance market. Their AI-powered intelligent backend is used in the life insurance space to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and disrupt outdated practices. They are seeking their first UI/UX designer to implement best design practices and take their product to the next level.

Job Title: Senior UX Product Designer

Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2x per week in New York City (Office near Penn Station). Candidates must be local to NYC metro area and comfortable working onsite 2x/week to be considered.

Job Type: Full-time - Must be eligible to work for any US Employer to be considered. No sponsorship, visa transfer, or C2C can be supported at this time.

Required Skills & Technologies

• 4 years professional UX / UI / Product Design experience
• Professional experience designing data heavy applications within finance, insurance, and/or healthcare
• Expertise with Figma Make and prompt-based AI design
• Expertise with Figma
• Ability to influence and implement best design practices while remaining hands-on
• Expertise in working end-to-end, UI / UX and supporting product
  
  

Additional Skills

• Bachelor’s in Design or related field
• Experience at both an established / scaled organization and also a start-up
• Experience designing within financial services, insurance, and/or healthcare
• Active portfolio
  
  

Salary: /- 150,000 - 175,000 base salary (based on experience), plus 20% annual cash bonus
