Primary Responsibilities
- Write, test, and maintain custom backend code and modern frontend user interfaces utilizing programmatic framework tools and custom database queries.
- Architect and manage platform access protocols, role-based visibility, record structures, and multi-step declarative workflows.
- Maintain data pipelines and programmatic connections between the primary CRM and external marketing, communications, and content delivery systems.
- Construct data visualization models, performance metrics, and high-level analytical dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Oversee system hygiene, manage release pipelines, coordinate user testing, and resolve complex technical support issues as the lead platform expert.
- 3 years of professional engineering and configuration experience on the Salesforce platform, ideally within an investment or financial environment.
- High proficiency in core programmatic tools (backend coding, custom components, query languages, and web services).
- Comprehensive grasp of enterprise CRM modules, access control architecture, and native reporting engines.
- Demonstrated history of supporting system-to-system data syncs with third-party software products.
- Academic background in computer science, technology, or relevant work history; formal platform development or senior configuration credentials are a plus.
