- Lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands and business lines.
- Manage and develop an established team spanning brand marketing, SEO, content, and social media.
- Own paid search performance, optimization, and scalable growth initiatives.
- Identify and develop new acquisition channels beyond Google Ads.
- Partner directly with executive leadership on growth strategy and marketing priorities.
- Build and execute B2B go-to-market initiatives.
- Improve customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and subscription conversion performance.
- Analyze marketing performance, profitability, and ROI across brands.
- Drive new campaigns, product launches, and growth opportunities.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a highly visible role.
- Deep hands-on Paid Search experience with Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
