Our client is a Microsoft technology partner specializing in software development and AI solutions. We are partnering with them for a

Microsoft CoPilot AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents and automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role combines hands-on AI development with client partnership, focusing on Copilot Studio, Azure AI/OpenAI, and Power Platform to turn business use cases into production-ready AI solutions. Visa sponsorships unavailable.

Title: Microsoft CoPilot AI Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
• Building agentic workflows
• Develop integrations using APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and custom actions.
• Building LLM and RAG solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement security, governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of software development or AI solution development experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
• Strong experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud services.
• Python, C#, .NET, or similar development experience.
• Experience building RAG, LLM, chatbot, or AI agent solutions.
• Microsoft Fabric and retail/eComm experience is a plus.
  
  

Compensation

Up to $150K base salary (Based on experience) annual bones
