Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations across all dental sites, managing budgets, visit volume, scheduling, inventory, facilities, and logistics.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor staff and site/department managers to foster teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance, including review of monthly P&L statements, to ensure operational profitability, revenue growth, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and internal policies, supporting continual quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to uphold high standards of patient-centered care, addressing patient concerns and enhancing satisfaction and retention.
- Manage revenue cycle processes to ensure accurate billing, reimbursement, and adherence to payer requirements.
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities through data analysis, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience managing complex clinical or public health operations, ideally within multi-site dental or healthcare settings.
- Proven success leading large teams and achieving operational and financial goals.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
