Tailored Management is seeking a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to support our global workforce across the U.S., Philippines, India, and Costa Rica. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to deliver core HR programs, enhance the employee experience, and drive key HR initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as HRIS SME, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process optimization
- Lead onboarding and new hire experience, including 30/60/90-day check-ins
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp)
- Support talent management, engagement initiatives, and HR projects
- Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to leadership
What You Bring
- 3 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, for-profit environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience across employee relations, HRIS, benefits, and talent programs
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred

Salary : $72,000 - $85,000
