School Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are actively hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide school-based services throughout New York City. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, we offer flexible placements designed around your preferred location, schedule, and student population.
As a school-based OT, you'll help students develop the skills needed to succeed in the classroom and participate more independently in daily school activities.
Pay:
- W2: $70-$73/hour (benefits available for full time W2 providers)
- 1099: $75-$80/hour
**Please note that compensation ranges are determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market considerations.**

What You'll Do:
• Provide occupational therapy services based on students' IEP mandates
• Address fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor, self-help, and classroom participation goals
• Complete electronic documentation and session notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
Qualifications:
• Active New York State Occupational Therapist License
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
