Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Clinician to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults with high-acuity mental health needs in a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering dignified, patient-centered behavioral healthcare.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and medication management (as permitted by licensure), while working closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
Ideal Candidate
- Master’s-level clinician working toward licensure preferred
- Unlicensed clinicians encouraged to apply
- Open to part-time or full-time candidates with evening availability 3x per week
- Experience working with high-risk adult behavioral health populations
- Strong skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Comfortable in fast-paced, team-based environments
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including diagnostics and risk evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management per licensure, including monitoring and patient education
- Respond to psychiatric crises, safety planning, and hospitalization coordination
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and medical staff for integrated care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR
- Participate in clinical rounds, supervision, and case consultations
- Contribute to program development, workflows, and clinical best practices
Qualifications
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- Confidence working with Medicaid populations and clients with complex psychosocial needs
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and healthcare technology such as EHR, Slack, and Zoom
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
