Position Highlights
- Flexible hybrid model: Telehealth in-person (minimum 2 office days/week)
- Client mix: Adult individuals and/or adolescents
- Compensation: Starting at $80,000 based on license, experience, and specialization
- Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)
- Experience providing individual, evidence-based therapy
- Skilled in diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Comfort with basic tech troubleshooting
