Job Overview – Home Infusion Nurse Supervisor (RN):

Compensation: $95,000 – $100,000/year

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities as the Home Infusion Nurse Supervisor (RN):

• Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of field RNs, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to Medicare Conditions of Participation, home health regulations, and accrediting body standards.
• Clinical Oversight: Provide expertise in home infusion practices, supporting RNs with complex cases and ensuring safe, effective treatments.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, leading team conferences to align care plans and improve outcomes.
• Quality Management: Drive performance improvement initiatives and participate in quality management programs that align with agency goals.
• Operational Oversight: Manage staffing levels, monitor workflow efficiency, and ensure compliance to maintain seamless service delivery.

Qualifications for the Home Infusion Nurse Supervisor (RN):

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse in home infusion/home health, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in overseeing large nursing teams with proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in home infusion therapies and home health regulations.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative and supportive management style.
