You will report to the Director of Event Operations & Experience, and you will work closely with:

·       Event & Operations Manager

·       Janitorial Manager

 

Some of you still may think the job requirements are too vague but if you already have the required attributes, you probably have the following:

•         Leadership skills 

•         Positive and team building mindset 

•         Time management skills

•         Ability to manage and execute numerous tasks

·       Customer service mindset

·       Ability to speak and interact confidently with guests and team

·       Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time 

Let me continue to paint the picture about what you will be doing.

Big Picture: You will lead various gameday staff teams each gameday to create a memorable experience for every fan that walks through our gates. Are you up for the challenge? 

·        Assist with oversight of our parking & janitorial departments

·        Assist in monitoring customer service department staff throughout gamedays 

·        Run gameday team meetings at the beginning of each gameday briefing staff 

·        Be a lead figure on radio; fielding questions for staff

·        Handle lost & found collection throughout gameday 

·        Assist in preparing and lead closing stadium on gameday 

·        Field large scale guest complaints/satisfaction issues

·        Handle breaking rotation for gameday staff 

·        Be knowledgeable in processes throughout the stadium

·        Work closely with department head in scheduling staff for homestands 

·        Oversee the cleanliness of Customer Service 

·        Uphold R Values in all fan or staff situations 

Hours of Work: This position is a gameday position and therefore will work variable hours. This position is required to work all 75 home games our hosted Banana Ball games (May 22-24).

Compensation: $19.50/per hour
