**Job Title: Hourly Manager**

**Reports To:** General Manager (G.M.)

**Position Overview:**

As an Hourly Manager at Taco Villa, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store during your shifts. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve store goals, enhance team performance, and maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Shift Management:** Oversee shifts to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, including staffing, customer service, and food preparation.

• **Team Leadership:** Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, coaching and guiding crew members to achieve set goals and operational standards.

• **Financial Oversight:** Monitor and manage labor, food cost, and other financial metrics to ensure profitability and sustainability.

• **Customer Satisfaction:** Address and resolve customer and crew member concerns with empathy and understanding, maintaining a high level of service.

• **Coaching and Development:** Identify performance deviations and implement corrective actions while motivating team members to improve and excel.

• **Crisis Management:** Remain calm and effective during peak periods, inspiring confidence in your leadership during busy times.

• **Multi-tasking:** Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring excellence in all areas of operation.

• **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and manage the physical demands of the position.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven leadership and communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service or retail industry.

• Ability to analyze and achieve financial goals related to labor and food costs.

• Strong multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize workload effectively.

• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy towards both customers and team members.

**Work Schedule:**

• 30-40 hour work week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
