**Job Summary:**

As a Customer Maniac, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment our guests arrive. You will handle the order process for both dine-in and drive-thru customers, providing thoughtful suggestions and maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment. Your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to customer satisfaction will create memorable experiences that keep our patrons coming back for more!

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Welcome Guests:** Greet each customer with a warm, inviting smile, creating an atmosphere of comfort and friendliness from the first visit to every subsequent return.

• **Order Processing:** Efficiently manage the entire order process for dine-in and drive-thru customers, ensuring accuracy and speed in ringing in orders.

• **Suggestive Selling:** Use your knowledge of our menu to suggest additional items that enhance the customer’s experience, maximizing their satisfaction and our sales.

• **Customer Engagement:** Engage with customers during their visit, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• **Stocking & Cleaning:** Assist in stocking supplies and cleaning the restaurant to maintain a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

• **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow and a cohesive restaurant experience.

• **Handle Feedback:** Listen to customer feedback, both positive and negative, and relay information to management to continuously improve our service and offerings.

**Qualifications:**

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required.
