Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless devices, plans, and accessories that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits of various devices and plans
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Operate the cash register accurately during retail transactions, including cash handling and balancing the cash drawer
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean, well-merchandised, and inviting
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, promotions, and current offerings to inform customer decisions
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Prior retail sales experience or familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems preferred
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person
- Ability to perform basic math for retail math calculations, cash register operations, and balancing cash drawers
- Knowledge of retail store merchandising, product demos, and inventory stocking procedures
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others and building rapport
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
