Duties
- Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating an inviting atmosphere for all shoppers
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to educate customers effectively
- Assist customers with selecting the right devices, plans, and accessories to meet their needs
- Perform upselling by recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain well-organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to attract customer attention
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensure the store is clean and inviting
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience, especially in a grocery store or electronics environment, is preferred but not required
- Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities within the team
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for serving a diverse customer base
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math to ensure accurate transactions
- Ability to perform retail math calculations related to sales, discounts, and inventory management
