Duties
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and plan benefits effectively
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including processing payments using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handling cash or card payments accurately
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Provide excellent phone etiquette by answering inquiries professionally and guiding customers through their options
- Manage retail math tasks such as calculating totals, discounts, and change with basic math skills to ensure precise transactions
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics retail environments
- Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail transactions is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for effective customer interactions
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and customer service enhances your fit for this role
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations confidently

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
