Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with selecting wireless products, plans, and accessories
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and services
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries and customer support calls
- Upsell additional products, services, or plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer management
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure retail store product knowledge is up-to-date for optimal presentation
- Assist with merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that highlight current promotions and new products
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience or grocery store experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual ability is essential
- Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions and inventory management
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in future leadership opportunities
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices
