Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless service needs through active listening and product demos
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling
- Promote upselling of devices, accessories, and service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and benefits effectively
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays in accordance with merchandising standards
- Handle retail store operations such as cashiering, cash drawer handling, and processing retail math calculations accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, plans, and billing with professional phone etiquette
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment involving POS systems and cash register operations
- Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities
