Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions using the cash register, ensuring accurate cash handling and proper cash drawer management
• Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
• Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
• Handle retail store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic math calculations for transactions
• Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, or direct customers appropriately

Skills

• Bilingual fluency in English and another language to effectively communicate with diverse customers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
• Retail sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence and product knowledge
• Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions
• Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus for supporting store operations
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that attract customers
• Ability to perform retail store tasks such as stocking, cashiering, cash handling, and managing the cash drawer with accuracy
• Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone or in person
