Job Summary: The Program Manager (PM) serves as the senior contractor lead responsible for the execution, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Training Analytics program and its supporting Software System. This role provides operational leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the software effectively supports SOF assessment, selection, and training pipelines. The PM acts as the primary interface between Government leadership, training cadre, and technical development teams to ensure system integrity, data fidelity, and mission alignment across all supported events and phases.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day execution of the program in accordance with the PWS and Government direction
- Serve as the primary contractor interface with Government leadership and designated stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee program activities across supported training and assessment events
- Manage contractor personnel, task assignments, and work schedules to meet program requirements
- Ensure supporting systems, tools, and processes are operational, compliant, and effective
- Coordinate updates, issue resolution, and configuration changes with technical support personnel as required
- Monitor program performance and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Support preparation, execution, and follow-on activities for training and assessment events
- Provide oversight of data collection, reporting, and program documentation
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to Government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security, access, and operational requirements
- Adapt program execution to changing priorities, timelines, and mission needs
- Maintain professional standards of conduct and accountability throughout all program activities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Statistic, Organizational Psychology, Data Science) or equivalent experience demonstrated through education, training, and professional experience
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing technology-based solutions in support of SOF or comparable operational environments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, including course plans, lesson plans, and assessment strategies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, including work planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and staff tasking
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Demonstrated administrative experience working in a military staff environment with knowledge of military protocols, procedures, and regulations
- A working knowledge of IO principles
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain clearance throughout contract performance
- Ability to successfully complete RAPIDGate/DBDS vetting and obtain unescorted access to a military installation on Day One
- Familiarity with DoW systems of record (e.g., MHS GENESIS)
- Advanced degree (e.g. Master's or PhD) in a relevant discipline, such as Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Familiarity with Palantir's Foundry Platform or DoW equivalent (e.g. Envision, Vantage)
- Experience supporting SOF training pipelines

T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards.
