Job Summary: The Whole Marine Deputy Program Manager (DPM) supports the execution and sustainment of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Training Analytics program and its supporting Software System. This role works closely with the Program Manager (PM) to ensure day-to-day activities are executed in accordance with the PWS and Government direction.
The DPM helps coordinate personnel, schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communications across supported training and assessment events. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic military training environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day execution of the Analytics program in accordance with the PWS and Government direction
- Assist the PM in coordinating activities across supported training and assessment events
- Track program tasks, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Assist with contractor personnel coordination, task assignments, and workload management
- Monitor program execution and identify potential risks, issues, or schedule impacts
- Support preparation, execution, and follow-on activities for training and assessment events
- Assist with oversight of data collection, reporting, and program documentation
- Prepare status updates, reports, and briefing materials for Government and internal leadership
- Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and track follow-up activities
- Support compliance with security, access, and operational requirements
- Adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and mission needs
- Maintain professional standards of conduct and accountability throughout all program activities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, analysis, or project support roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting program or project execution in a structured environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to track tasks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple efforts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of data tracking or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL-based systems, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain clearance throughout contract performance
- Ability to successfully complete RAPIDGate/DBDS vetting and obtain unescorted access to a military installation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DoW systems of record (e.g., MHS GENESIS)
- Advanced degree (e.g. Master’s or PhD) in a relevant discipline, such as Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Familiarity with Palantir’s Foundry Platform or DoW equivalent (e.g. Envision, Vantage)
- Experience supporting SOF training pipelines
