Job Summary: The On-Site Systems Technician provides direct operational and technical support to the Assessment and Analytics program during supported training events. This role supports the execution, sustainment, and reliability of the Analytics and Software system in classroom, garrison, and field environments. The Systems Technician works closely with program leadership, instructors, and technical staff to ensure data collection tools, reporting processes, and supporting systems function effectively throughout training. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in dynamic training environments with extended work hours.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site support to the Assessment and Analytics program designated training events
- Support daily operations in garrison and field environments
- Assist instructors and cadre with the use of data collection devices, software applications, and reporting tools
- Support data collection, synchronization, and quality control activities during training events
- Assist with preparation, execution, and closeout activities for supported courses and phases
- Support logistics related to equipment, devices, and program materials
- Participate in testing, evaluation, and integration of system updates and new reports
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting as required
- Provide recurring training and user support to uniformed and contractor personnel
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to established procedures
Support compliance with security, access, and operational requirements
- Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and mission needs
- Maintain professional standards of conduct and accountability throughout all program activities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting logistics, data management, system support, or administrative operations
- Experience working with technical systems or software applications in an operational environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including extended days (up to 12.5 hours) and travel in support of training events
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain clearance throughout contract performance
- Ability to successfully complete RAPIDGate/DBDS vetting and obtain unescorted access to a military installation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting military or government training programs
- Familiarity with assessment, selection, or performance evaluation environments
- Experience supporting data collection or reporting activities
- Familiarity with tablets, mobile devices, or field-deployed data systems
- Experience supporting SOF or other operational training pipelines
