- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately and manage cash handling duties.
- Assist with visual merchandising to create appealing displays that attract customers.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products and services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is a plus.
