Anaplan Model Builder
$100,000 - $115,000 base salary
Hybrid - NYC
Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models supporting FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling
- Translate business and FP&A requirements into well-structured, scalable Anaplan models
- Develop and optimize model architecture, formulas, and modules following Anaplan best practices
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders, FP&A teams, and IT to ensure models align with business objectives and data needs
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of model enhancements and new functionality
- Troubleshoot model issues, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Assist in integrating Anaplan with upstream and downstream systems
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes in corporate or financial services settings
- Proven ability to design, build, and optimize complex Anaplan models
- Experience with Anaplan Polaris (preferred but not required)
- Anaplan Model Builder certification
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with remote or cross-functional teams
