An award-winning global provider of lifting solutions is seeking a driven Parts Service Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional with heavy equipment or truck-mounted equipment experience to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for target accounts in partnership with leadership
- Prospect and engage new customers while maintaining existing relationships
- Prepare quotes, bids, and maintain accurate sales records
- Recommend parts and solutions based on customer needs
- Identify new opportunities through leads, networking, and industry events
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with Parts and Service teams to expand customer engagement
- Maintain CRM with weekly sales and prospecting activity
Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience in parts, heavy equipment, or truck-mounted equipment
- Experience with brands such as Socage, Elliott, Terex, or similar equipment preferred
- Strong knowledge of knuckle booms, man lifts, or material handling equipment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must reside in or near the Haslet, TX area
