Job Overview:
As a nationwide recruiter, I’ve got multiple "Mobile Crane" Field Service Technicians opportunities, across the US - for those with at least 5 years of experience! These are full-time, direct hire positions in the Williston, ND area!
Note: This opportunity is for a Mobile Crane Field Mechanic. It comes with a sign-on bonus, and a "Location Premium" may apply depending on skill level!
Duties:
- Repair/maintain heavy-duty trucks, mobile cranes, service truck cranes, and railroad equipment
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various systems, primarily of mobile cranes
- Conduct preventive maintenance and upgrades, primarily of mobile cranes
- Overhaul major components and systems
- Ensure vehicle compliance and performance
- Manage equipment, records, and inventory
- Control costs and stay updated on technical knowledge
- Collaborate with management on account strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and monitor satisfaction
- Coordinate across departments for comprehensive service
Key Qualifications:
- 5 years as Technician/Mechanic with of mobile cranes, including the heavy-duty truck AND the truck-mounted cranes / lift equipment [3 years exp for Shop Techs]
- Experience with these mobile crane brands is preferred: Palfinger, Fassi, Cormach, Socage, Stellar, Versalift, Auto Crane, IMT, Elliott, Terex Demag, National, Manitex, Tadano, Grove, Link-belt, Liebherr, etc.
- Able to read engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics
- Self-motivated; works well with management and customers
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
