Overview
The Project Document Controller (PDC) is a key member of the project team responsible for managing and monitoring project documentation while providing operational assistance to the Project Manager. The responsibilities of this role are structured as approximately 50% Project Document Control and 50% Administrative Support.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures for documentation management.
• Implement and train project team on document management procedures and systems, including project document workflows and milestone tracking.
• Develop and update the Project Document Controls & BIM Plan in CAPEX projects, with support from the Design Manager.
• Archive files and ensure accessible documentation for team members, maintaining user access controls.
• Manage electronic Document Management Workflows; establish document status tracking for efficient management and visibility.
• Responsible for document handover to Roche site repository, ensuring standards and requirements are met.
• Manage site onboarding processes for badging and IT support.
• Coordinate visitor access and escort visitors as needed.
• Assign and track training completion status for project team members.
• Manage calendar scheduling and meeting arrangements for the project team.
• Provide general project administrative support and assist Project Managers with routine operational tasks.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in engineering, business administration, or equivalent field.
• 2-5 years work experience as PDC for Project Documentation in CAPEX Projects (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications, Google Suite, and CAPEX document management system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
