About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic tax planning solutions, including entity structuring, succession strategies, and transaction advisory support.
- Oversee multiple concurrent engagements, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet critical deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to staff and seniors, reviewing work product and offering actionable coaching and feedback.
- Conduct and oversee tax research on complex issues, interpreting regulations and rulings to support positions and client recommendations.
- Collaborate with partners and client leadership to align tax strategies with broader business objectives and growth plans.

- Demonstrated success in delivering strategic tax planning, including entity structuring, succession planning, and transaction-related tax advice.
- Advanced proficiency with tax compliance software and tax research platforms, with a track record of improving processes through technology.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-level teams across engagements, including delegation, review, and performance development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex tax concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
