Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee lease accounting functions, ensuring compliance with ASC 842 standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual lease-related financial reports and disclosures.
- Reconcile lease accounts and maintain lease accounting schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze lease data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to lease activities.
- Evaluate and implement lease accounting software solutions.
- Support internal and external audits related to lease accounting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and accounting standards pertaining to lease accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
