Hiring: ServiceNow ITOM Business Analyst
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid: 2-3 days /week office)
Client: Telecommunications, media, and technology
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, driving CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management initiatives.
Must-Have Skills-
- 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a focus on ITOM
- Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and IRE
- Good knowledge of CSDM 5.0 and CMDB governance
- Experience gathering business requirements, creating BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration & Asset Management)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Development teams
- Experience supporting UAT, reporting, dashboards, and process improvements
