Card Processing Experience is Mandatory


Key Requirements:

  • 10 years of Process Architecture/Business Analysis/Operational Transformation
  • 5 years in Financial Services (Credit Cards/Consumer Lending)
  • Strong experience in Card Issuer Operations – Fraud, Disputes, Collections, Payments, Phone Servicing, FCRA, etc.
  • Experience leading large-scale process discovery, process mapping (Visio/Lucidchart), and operating model transformation
  • Experience with Case Management Platforms (Pega, Appian, or similar)
  • Knowledge of card processing systems (TSYS, Fiserv/First Data, FIS, Hogan) is highly preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience
