Duties

• Manage the general ledger accounting processes, including meticulous journal entries, thorough account reconciliations, and the month-end closing procedures.
• Engage in cost accounting activities that help the company maintain budgetary control and improve profitability.
• Perform detailed bank reconciliations and conduct cash flow analyses to support informed and effective financial management strategies.
• Accurately process employee payroll to ensure timely compensation and compliance with payroll regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Plant Controller to prepare and analyze accounting reports, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• A strong background in financial report writing, proficient interpretation of financial statements, and expertise in account reconciliation
