About the Role
- Contribute to month-end activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Support accounting for multiple entities, including joint ventures and new partnerships
- Assist in developing scalable financial workflows and internal reporting structures
- Prepare financial schedules, variance explanations, and audit support materials
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate data flow
- Help maintain accounting policies, documentation, and process improvements
What You Bring
- 4 years of accounting experience, ideally within healthcare or a related complex environment
- Strong month-end close, reconciliation, and general ledger skills
- Background with modern ERP systems
- Ability to navigate evolving processes and support organizational growth
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- CPA preferred but not required
