- Assist with ERP and system optimization initiatives (SAP S/4HANA exposure is a plus)
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, related field 3–6 years of experience in accounting, audit, or controls
- Hands-on exposure to SOX compliance, internal controls, or audit
- Background in manufacturing or inventory-driven environments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA highly valued)
- Track record of increasing responsibility or upward progression
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and follow-through
