- Lead all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Oversee financial reporting, consolidations, audit coordination, and internal controls
- Drive continuous process improvement and accounting best practices
- Develop, mentor, and lead domestic and international accounting team members
- Partner closely with the CFO and operational leaders to support business objectives
- Remain hands-on in the accounting function, assisting with technical accounting and journal entries as needed
- Manufacturing accounting leadership experience in a Controller, Division Controller, Plant Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, close processes, and internal controls
- Experience leading multi-location and/or international accounting teams
- Public accounting foundation, CPA, private equity experience, and Epicor ERP experience are highly preferred
- Proven track record of process improvement, team development, and collaborative leadership
Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
