Responsibilities
- Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Assist with financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
- Contribute to process improvements and ongoing system enhancements
- Maintain accuracy across multi-entity structures and reconciliations
Qualifications
- 2.5 years of experience, ideally at the Senior level
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred (Big 4 or large regional)
- Candidates coming directly from public or with a mix of public and industry are ideal
- Public experience should be recent
- CPA preferred, not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to think beyond debits and credits
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
