What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and support the monthly close process across multiple locations
- Work across the full accounting cycle including GL, AP, AR, and payroll support
- Prepare financial statements and internal management reporting
- Partner with leadership to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of processes
- Assist with audit preparation and serve as a key point of contact for auditors
- Support system implementations and integrations across accounting and operations tools
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Help build and scale the accounting function as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of accounting experience (mix of public accounting and industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA is a plus)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Hands-on experience with month-end close and core accounting functions
- Proven ability to improve processes and operate in a fast-changing environment
- Comfortable working in a lean team and wearing multiple hats
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Ability to think independently and solve problems without heavy direction

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
