  What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Provide meaningful companionship; and emotional support to clients in their homes.

• Assist and personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing grooming and safe mobility.

• Help with light household tasks including simple meal preparation, laundry, errands and light housekeeping.

• Observe and report changes in client condition so our care team can respond quickly and proactively.

  What You’ll Need
  

  • Preferably, 6 months to 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
  • Valid driver's license, current insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Current CPR/first aid certification and a negative TB test within the last 60 days (or willingness to obtain).
  • Active, or eligible for California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry: we can assist with registration.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers as needed.
