SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a part-time RN Clinical Supervisor to help guide care quality, support caregivers, and build strong client relationships—without the stress of hospital schedules or full-time leadership roles.
No nights, weekends, or holidays

What You’ll Do
Conduct client assessments and create care plans
Perform supervisory visits (low volume, high quality)
Mentor, train, and support caregivers in the field
Ensure compliance and clinical excellence
Partner with leadership on improving care and processes
This is NOT a full-time Director of Nursing role
This is NOT an on-call heavy position
Typical Week
1–2 client visits per day
2-4 new client assessments per week
1 HHA skills training per week
Caregiver supervision and support
Flexible admin/charting time

Requirements
Active Minnesota RN license
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
Leadership or mentoring interest (experience preferred, not required)
Ability to travel locally
Schedule
20–30 hours/week
Flexible and collaborative scheduling between 8 am and 5 pm weekdays
